At Butterfly Doula Services, I believe that becoming a parent is one of life’s most transformative journeys much like the beautiful process of a butterfly emerging and taking flight. As a birth and postpartum doula serving families across Suffolk and Nassau Counties, I consider it the greatest honor to support parents through these sacred moments.

With a deep love for this work, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My approach is inclusive and affirming, with strong advocacy for LGBTQ+ families and all birthing people.

Beyond my professional role, I’m also a wife and mother of two, which gives me a heartfelt understanding of the joys and challenges that come with growing a family. My mission is to empower parents, hold space for their unique experiences, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

🌸 Birth Doula Support
As your birth doula, I provide continuous emotional and physical support during pregnancy and labor. From comfort techniques to advocacy, my role is to ensure you feel empowered, informed, and fully supported through your unique birthing journey.

🌙 Postpartum Doula Care
The transition into parenthood can be both beautiful and overwhelming. I offer gentle, nonjudgmental support after birth helping with newborn care, emotional wellness, and adjusting to life as a growing family, so you never feel alone.

✨ Reiki & Childbirth Education
Alongside doula care, I offer Reiki to promote relaxation, healing, and balance during pregnancy and postpartum. I also provide childbirth education to give parents the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to approach birth with peace and strength.

Butterfly Doula Services was founded in 2022 from my passion for supporting families through the transformative journey of birth and postpartum. While continuing my career in the public sector, I began building this business with the vision of creating a supportive, inclusive space for families in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. In June 2025, I made the full transition into doula work, following my heart and embracing the calling I truly love. This shift also allowed me more flexibility to be present with my own children while dedicating myself to empowering and uplifting families during one of life’s most sacred times.

Outside of my work as a doula, I find joy in the simple, creative moments of life. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, hiking local trails with my family, and capturing special memories through photography. Art and crocheting are some of my favorite ways to relax and express creativity, and they remind me of the beauty in slowing down and being present. These passions not only bring me joy, but also inspire the care and creativity I bring into my work with families.
