What event planning services do you offer?
Eventful by Alexa offers full service planning for weddings, social events, non-profit and corporate events. We also offer partial planning and month of coordination services for weddings.
Do you hire my vendors?
Each vendor we work with is chosen with careful consideration, based on a variety of factors custom to you and your event. This process involves the research, sourcing and collaboration between your planner and each vendor involved in your event. We negotiate contracts and book your vendors, while managing the overall budget and upcoming payments.
Do you pay for my vendors on my behalf?
We do offer a complimentary and optional service to make vendor payments on your behalf using an authorization form you complete with your credit card information. If you choose to make payments on your own, we always provide you with reminders on upcoming payments, as well as provide you access to an organized payment tracker with detailed vendor information within your client portal.

We anticipate and proactively resolve any unforeseen challenges, from last-minute changes to technical glitches, ensuring you and your guests can fully immerse themselves in the moment.
So, what do I need to do within the planning process if we work together?
The beauty of hiring us an an event planner is that you really don't need to do much but enjoy the ride and party hard! When you need to make a decision, we will provide you with all of the information, visuals, comparisons, and our thoughts on the best approach and why. You just have to let us know which cake flavor you like more!
What is your planning fee?
Our planning and design fee is a full service experience, where we are by your side every step along the way. Our planning investment begins at $5,000. For more intimate occassions such as a luncheon, dinner party, or bridesmaids brunch with a guest count below 25 people, our planning investment begins at $2,500.
Are my vendors included in your planning fee?
While we do hiring and negoiate pricing for all of your vendors, and this service is included in our fee, we do not include any of the vendor payments in our planning fee. Each vendor has their own individual pricing and contracts that we cannot pre-determine until we are within the planning process. Any vendor or venue costs are in addition to our planning fee.
