I’m Christine Earls — Mom of three grown kids, cat mom x3, ballroom dance lover 💃, and the owner of You and Me By The Sea Travel — a boutique travel agency that turns your dream vacations, honeymoons, and destination weddings into reality (minus the stress and late-night Googling!).

I wasn’t always a travel agent — I spent over 22 years as a bookkeeper before finally chasing my dream of helping people create unforgettable memories. What started as a big leap of faith has grown into a thriving business I built from the ground up. And in just a few whirlwind years, I was honored to be voted the 2025 Diamond Award Brides of Long Island Honeymoon Travel Agency Winner — an award that means so much because it came directly from the local couples I’ve had the privilege of working with. Today, I plan luxury getaways, romantic escapes, and once-in-a-lifetime celebrations for couples and families who want something more meaningful than just “basic.”

I built this agency from the ground up, navigating some of life’s biggest personal challenges along the way — including open-heart surgery and thyroid cancer. Through it all, this business has been a source of purpose and joy. Today, I’m proud to say we’re an award-winning agency, honored as the 2025 Diamond Award Brides of Long Island Honeymoon Travel Agency Winner — and still growing!

What exactly do you do as a travel advisor?
I help busy couples, families, and groups plan stress-free, personalized vacations — from destination weddings and honeymoons to multi-generational family trips and romantic getaways. I handle the research, bookings, logistics, and little extras that make your trip unforgettable.

Do you charge a fee?
Yes — for most custom trips, I charge a planning fee that covers my time, expertise, and access to exclusive perks you can’t get booking on your own. It’s a small investment for a big return in peace of mind and personalization.

Can you help with family travel or just weddings/honeymoons?
Absolutely! While I specialize in romantic escapes and destination weddings, I also plan amazing multi-generational family vacations, milestone celebrations, and girls’ getaways — anything that deserves special attention and expert planning.

What if I don’t know where I want to go yet?
No problem at all — that’s what I’m here for! During our consultation, I’ll ask a few fun questions to learn about your style, preferences, and goals, and then I’ll present options that fit your vision and budget.

Yes! I specialize in the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, and beyond — especially all-inclusive resorts, Sandals & Beaches properties, Italy, Greece, and custom romantic or family-focused itineraries.

When I’m not planning dream vacations, you’ll probably find me on the dance floor (I love ballroom dancing), spending time with my husband and three grown kids, or cuddling up with my three cats — who basically run the house at this point. 

I’m always up for a good cup of coffee, a scenic walk, or a spontaneous weekend getaway — travel is both my job and my passion. I also love a heartfelt love story (cue The Notebook or Mamma Mia! vibes) and believe the best memories are made when your favorite people surround you in a beautiful place.

Life’s too short for “someday,” and I’m all about helping families and couples live fully, love deeply, and explore joyfully — whether through travel or just good conversation over a glass of wine.
